1.How to order
The client must be 18 years of age, or he must have a guardian's consent for placing an order.
Please check your order carefully before payment, so that the colors, quantities and sizes of the products are correct. Also check the accuracy of the delivery address. Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility due to an incorrect address information.
You will receive automatic order confirmation e-mail after successful order.
All our prices include VAT 24%. Kepeä Taival online shop prices are valid until further notice.
Customer is responsible for customs clearance and payments for orders outside EU (European Union).

3. Orders Shipping
International orders are packed and usually sent within 2-3 business days.
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. Here are average delivery times informed by the service provider. We unfortunately can not gurantee or affect the delivery time after the parcel is handed for delivery.
Customer can choose delivery via courier company PostNord Logistics (www.postnordlogistics.com) or via Finnish Post (http://www.posti.fi/index-en.html). For some countries only Post delivery is available.

Please note customs clearance procedure outsice EU area may effect on the delivery time.
We provide tracking ID in PostNord Logistics deliveries. Also available in Post deliveries but please note it is not guranteed that tracking is available at your country.
We are not rensponsible for lost deliveries on countries on wichs Post does not provide tracking ID information (for example Russia).
Delivery has occurred when the customer has received an order or notification that the order is picked up from the post office.
Kepeä Taival online shop has real time stock levels If a product is temporarily out of stock, it can not be bought. Stock balances have the possibility of human error. If the ordered product is not in stock, we will contact the customer and agree on delivery of a replacement product, a longer delivery time or cancellation of the order.
4. Unclaimed delivery
If the customer does not claim the delivery, customer is responsible for the costs it causes to the seller.
5. Refunds
Customer has right to return unused an clean product within 14 days.
Please note! We do not refund shipping costs (send or return) in international orders (outside Finland).
Please check our products correctness immediately upon their arrival, even if the product is not goint to be used immediately. In case of return, customers are asked to contact the seller as soon as possible to kauppa@kepeataival.fi.
Please mention your contact details as well as the order number.
The product and its packaging must be intact. The returned product must be packed in the original packaging and must include all of the material supplied with the product.
6. Damaged parcel
We try to pack products carefully, but the possibility of damage during transport is there.
The customer should check the condition of the package when order is received from Post or from courier. If package appears to be damaged in transport, you should open it when delivery officel is still present. And you should report damaged product to seller and to the post or courier.
Post or courier company is responsible for damaged package.
7. Amendment of Terms
Kepeä Taival reserves the right to change the online ordering and delivery terms. Real-time order and delivery conditions can be found in this document. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.
