1.How to order

You must be at least 18 years old (or have consent from a legal guardian — to place an order)
Please verify your order carefully before payment: check product variants (size, color), quantity, and delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect order information.
After a successful order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
All prices include VAT at 25.5%.
For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs clearance and any related fees.

2. Payment

We accept PayPal
Wide selection of payment types is provided by Finnish company Paytrail, which supports credit card and other major payment methods.

3. Orders Shipping

International orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. We will provide tracking ID via email, once order is shipped.

Average delivery times, may vary (does not include the packing time).

Please note customs clearance procedure outsice EU area may effect on the delivery time.

Delivery has occurred when the customer has received an order or notification that the order is picked up from the post office.

4. Unclaimed delivery

If a package is not collected from the post office, the customer bears any resulting costs (sent & return shipping costs, handling, etc.).

5. Refunds

You may return unused products within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs for international orders are covered by customer.
To initiate a return, contact us immediately (kauppa@kepeataival.fi) and include your order number and contact information. Returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accompanying materials.
We recommend inspecting the products as soon as you receive them, even if you do not intend to use them immediately.

6. Damaged parcel

Please inspect the package upon receipt, in the presence of the courier or postal officer.
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, report the damage to both the courier/post office and to us immediately. We will assist with claims, the courier is responsible for damage during transport.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to an order, product, delivery, or use of the product once delivery has been completed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., war, strike, natural disaster, governmental restrictions, transport delays).
These conditions are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved courts or authorities under Finnish jurisdiction.

8. Amendment of Terms

Kepeä Taival reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these current terms.
